SYSTEMS SPECIALIST

The Systems Specialist is responsible for the technical integrity, integration, and optimization of the company’s core operating platforms. This role ensures that data flows seamlessly between marketing, sales, and fulfillment systems. Under the guidance of the Senior Systems Specialist, this individual will troubleshoot technical “fires,” build automated workflows, and maintain the digital infrastructure required for scaling the business.

OPERATIONS & EVENT SUCCESS COORDINATOR

The individual in this position serves as a champion of the premier FedImpact Retirement Workshop experience. From helping federal employees register for workshops to helping workshop trainers travel across the country to deliver training, the Operations & Events Success Coordinator plays a pivotal role in delivering white-glove service.
