OPEN POSITIONS
The Workshop Trainer role is primarily responsible for delivering in-person, full-day FedImpact Retirement Workshops to federal employees throughout the country. We are only looking for “batteries-included” team players who are motivated by a sincere desire to grow, learn and serve this deserving audience. Our Workshop Trainers serve as the front line for delivering our candid, no-nonsense message about properly preparing to retire.

The Federal Benefits Specialist role is primarily responsible for helping financial professionals to prepare federal employee benefits reports and answering federal benefits-related questions. Our team is expanding to accommodate the continually growing demand for training and the needs of federal employees preparing to retire from government service.

The Operations Support role is primarily responsible for assisting the Director of Operations in the execution of the FedImpact Retirement Workshops nationwide. This includes providing timely customer service to federal employees who have questions or need help registering for an event. This position also provides administrative support to our Workshop Speakers including booking travel, assisting with expense reports, and rescheduling travel when needed.
